While you focus on the things that matter most to you, like the well-being of your family, we can focus on the legal side of your case, working to get the results that you are entitled to.
Florida law requires that married couples must pursue mediation to attempt to resolve their divorce issues through negotiations and agreements. If divorce details are undisputed and both parties agree to the allocation of assets and liabilities, then the marital agreement process could be very short — as little as two weeks long. If issues are in dispute, however, then a longer mediation process or trial could be necessary. The attorneys at The Perry Law Group will advocate for your needs effectively in either case.
Detailed and Efficient in Mediations, Negotiations and Courtroom Proceedings
While we are comfortable taking your case to trial when necessary, we are often able to achieve results through other more cost-effective and efficient means. We do not want to waste your time or resources by extending your legal issue. If your case can be resolved through mediation and negotiated agreements, then we will facilitate those and help you remain thorough in drafting them. Still, if the issues you face are contested, we can strongly advocate for your rights in the courtroom.
